General Information and Design

"Humvee" is a modular upholstered furniture system that perfectly combines modern style, exceptional comfort, and functionality. The design of this model is developed for those who appreciate maximum relaxation: thanks to the deep seating area and a special combination of fillers, the sofa provides a feeling of "sinking in" and total relaxation. A distinctive feature is its harmonious look, making it suitable for both a home living room and a modern office. Since the model is focused on softness, the appearance of wrinkles on the upholstery after weight is removed is a natural characteristic and is not considered a defect.

This configuration consists of:

• SMR: soft armrest (right).
• 1T: single-seat section with a transformation mechanism (2 pcs.).
• AT: alligator section with a transformation mechanism.
• SML: soft armrest (left).

Transformation Mechanism and Bed Space

The main advantage of the model is its high functionality and ease of conversion into a sleeping area.

Principle of operation: The mechanism allows the seat to move forward, after which the backrest easily lowers onto the vacated space, forming a flat surface.

Functionality: This design allows you to get a full bed in a matter of seconds.

Comfort adjustment: The sofa is equipped with two types of loose cushions (P206 and P207), which allow you to individually customize the seating depth.

Sleeping area (Bed size): In this configuration, the total width of the sleeping surface along the front is 2520 mm (the sum of three sections of 840 mm each). The depth of the sleeping area of individual modules is up to 2020 mm for the AT-section.

Technical Specifications of the Configuration

The overall dimensions of the set are calculated as the sum of the parameters of individual modules (permissible tolerance ±20 mm):

*The total length is calculated as the sum of the width of two SM armrests (290 mm each) and three sections (840 mm each).

Materials and Filling

The reliability of the structure is ensured by the use of high-quality and eco-friendly materials:

• Frame and backrest: Pine timber, chipboard, fiberboard, plywood, polyurethane foam (PUF), synthetic winterizer (sintepon), and fibertex.
• Seat: Pine timber, chipboard, laminated chipboard, plywood, furniture webbing, polyurethane foam (PUF), and synthetic winterizer (sintepon).
• Cushions: Filler — hypoallergenic artificial down, synthetic winterizer (sintepon), and spunbond (flizelin).
• Legs: Practical black plastic legs.

Operating Restrictions

The product is developed in accordance with GOST 16371 and GOST 19917 standards and is rated for the following loads:

• Sleeping area: Static load up to 120 kg, dynamic load up to 100 kg.
• Armrests: Static load up to 30 kg, dynamic load up to 20 kg.

The "Humvee w/o c" (without cushions) configuration is also available, which comes without loose cushions included.
