PASSPORT OF THE PRODUCT

WARNING! THE PURCHASED UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE WILL LOOK BETTER OVER A LONGER PERIOD, IF YOU STICK TO THE RULES OF OPERATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE CARE OF IT.

TERMS OF USE

  • the new product may have a characteristic smell of the materials used at manufacturing of furniture, that fades over time;
  • the soft parts of furniture may slightly lose its shape during transportation.
  • After the installation of furniture we kindly recommend to gently knock backrests’ (and chairs) pillows, as well as decorative pillows, in order to give them the original appearance. During the operation, please periodically repeat this procedure to keep fit and a beautiful look of the furniture:
  • during the permanent use, the furniture’s upholstery has the ability to stretch, take a more intense shine. There may appear small local places of permanent seat, wrinkles, duringlong term use, the fillers may change its softness that is not a defect at manufacturing of furniture;
  • decorative wooden elements are allowed to have a slight difference in shades due to such features as anisotropy (diversity of properties in the direction along or across the fibers);
  • shades in the upholstery materials (fabrics, leather, artificial leather) may vary in different parts of the product due to the nature of production process, color rendering according to the light source, the specific properties of lint, etc.

  • the furniture must be operated in covered areas at normal conditions - the air temperature not below + 10 ° C and not above 35 ° C with a relative humidity of 45 to 70%;
  • furniture can not be placed next to moist walls and in the damp areas;
  • moving furniture should be conducted by slightly lifting it above the floor, without holding the upholstery, sidewalls or pillows in order to prevent damage;
  • the furniture should be placed no closer than 0.3 m from the source of heat;
  • do not place the furniture in areas of direct sunlight - it leads to a partial loss of color of the upholstery;
  • please, do not sit on backrest and sidewalls - the excessive load may cause damage to the furniture construction or substantial deformation of fillers;
  • it is not recommended to put (throw) bulky and / or heavy items and items that have sharp edges on upholstery;
  • please, avoid high temperatures and various solvents on varnished surfaces and surfaces with a covering;
  • it is necessary to check bolt and screw fittings, used in the construction of furniture occasionally, if necessary, tighten them;
  • do not put sharp objects that may damage the upholstery on the furniture;
  • extensive children’s games (jumping) on the upholstered furniture, lead to rapid loss of performance properties of the product;
  • it is not recommended to move the product in angular configuration after docking the angle sections;
  • it is not recommended to complement the finished products of upholstered furniture due to the possibility of incomplete compliance of shades of upholstery and decoration, which is independent of the manufacturer;
  • transformable furniture should be used as intended, you can sit or lie on it only if it is at extreme fixed (folded or unfolded) position;
  • if you have pets, take into consideration that they can damage or contaminate your furniture.

  • It is highly recommended to clean the furniture with a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush, thereby removing the dust accumulation and you will be able to prevent spotting and dilutions after wet processing;
  • decorative items of furniture made of wood and laminated chipboard are recommended to wipe with a dry and soft clean sponge periodically;
  • do not clean the paintwork with abrasive pastes and powders and chemically aggressive liquids;
  • remember, it is better to remove fresh stains han stains that have penetrated deep into the fabric;
  • always carefully read the instructions of any means for the care of furniture before use;
  • do not use cleaners that contain potent chemicals, high concentrations of alcohol and solvents from petroleum;
  • do not use bleache;
  • do not use abrasive cleaning and scraping tools;
  • do not use different cleaning agents simultaneously.

Please read carefully the recommendations for use and care of the peculiarities of the individual elements of furniture.
Caring for laminated, plastic, matt and glossy elements of furniture:

  • do not leave soiled or wet furniture surfaces for an extended period, it can greatly complicate the process of cleaning and increase the risk of spots that are not removed, or dilutions;
  • use mild agents containing antistatic to remove the minimum pollution from glossy surfaces;
  • do not expose direct sunlight to furniture surfaces. This may lead to local changes in the structure of the material, and consequently, its alteration or destruction.

Care for items of furniture made from pressed wooden plates:

  • the furniture with elements made of pressed wooden plates must operate in areas without changes in temperature and relative humidity not more than 80%. The recommended temperature in daily operation for elements made of pressed wooden plates varies from + 10°C to +30°C.
  • the temperature of direct action over + 110°C is not recommended as well as the use of lighting devices at a distance of minimum 15 cm that are placed on the surface made of pressed wooden plates;
  • use soap solvent or special solvents for cleaning and polishing elements to remove contaminants from the surface of pressed wooden plates;
  • use a soft dry cloth to remove stains.

Care for and metal and decorative metalized elements:

  • for cleaning of items of furniture made of metal or those with metalized coating, do not use tools which include abrasive substances or materials that can lead to oxidation or scratches.

Care for glass elements:

  • use a special detergent and a microfiber cloth for cleaning glass surfaces.

WARRANTY

The warranty is valid for products that are used for its intended purpose and functionality according to the operating instructions after providing the original contract and passport of soft furniture with its identification number, name and composition of the product, the name of the fabric and the date of purchase stated.

  • The guarantee service of furniture is performed in accordance with the requirements and terms defined by legislation of Ukraine, including «The Law of Ukraine On Consumer Rights Protection».
  • This warranty is provided by the manufacturer in addition to consumer rights established by applicable law.
  • The manufacturer guarantees the operation of its products during the warranty period.
  • The manufacturer guarantees free removal of manufacturing defects caused by poor quality of raw materials or violation of manufacturing technology.
  • At detection of any defects in the product, the Buyer should contact the Seller’s representative at his dealer.
  • Claims for quality of products that are on the warranty service will be considered only upon presentation of product defects and passport with the required marks.
  • Warranty obligations apply to repair or replacement (if repair is not possible) of details, mechanisms and materials that have manufacturing defects and warranty related repairs, and cargo handling works as well.
  • The guarantee repair is performed within the terms defined by the legislation of Ukraine.
  • In the absence of materials needed for repair in the company, its terms will be increased by the time needed for the delivery of materials by supplier, and the time agreed with the Buyer.
  • In case of elimination of defects, the products warranty period is extended on the period during which the product was not used. The specified period is calculated from the date of export of the product from the consumer to the date of its issue after repair.

WARNING! PRODUCTS ARE ACCEPTED FOR REPAIR ONLY IN CLEAN APPEARANCE

For the items of soft furniture, the following terms of Warranty obligations are presented:

  • 18 months on domestic and lounge furniture operated in a residential area;
  • 12 months for children`s furniture and furniture operated in public areas.

The countdown of the warranty period begins on the above commitments from date of purchase of product by the Buyer, the date is fixed in passport of the product, certified stamp and signatures of the Seller and Buyer.

WARNING! THE GRATUITOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE ARRIVAL FOR IS FOR BUYER’S CHARGE.

Complaints about appearance, troubled with configuration or non-personal orders are accepted immediately upon receiving the goods by the buyer. Henceforth, such claims are not accepted, and all repair works in order to correct deficiencies are by the buyer.

If you have any comments or concerns about the quality of of furniture, then during the warranty period you must submit a written application directly at the certified department store BlestTM, where the purchase was made. It is necessarily to have a receipt and a warranty card.

FREE WARRANTY REPAIR ONLY COVERS DEFECTS ARISING OUT DUE TO THE FAULT OF THE MANUFACTURER.

The guarantee envisages repair or replacement (if you can not repair) of defective parts, mechanisms, substandard materials with manufacturing defects. The manufacturer does not offset the costs associated with handling and assembly work.

Timing of repair is in accordance with applicable legislation of Ukraine. In case of absence of materials needed for repair, timing can be increased by the material supplier delivery time, and the terms are previously agreed with the buyer.

The warranty does not stop if you cannot carry out repairs because of the lack of necessary materials and components for its realization.

WARNING! ANY CONCERNS WILL BE CONSIDERED ONLY UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF EXECUTION OF THE RULES OF CARE AND EXPLOITATION BY THE CONSUMER.

The furniture repair (under warranty as well as by the customer) is accepted only in its pure form (no dirty spots, dilutions, traces of moth, animals etc.). If your furniture does not meet these conditions, the manufacturing company reserves the right to refuse in service, or suggest you to pay for the dry cleaning of furniture.

The manufacturer reserves the right to refuse to perform warranty repairs and classify it as paid one in the following cases:

  • the warranty period is over;
  • no guarantee card;
  • the absence of well-filled guarantee card or the presence of card corrections and changes in the warranty, additional entries that are not affiliated with the manufacturer;
  • the acquisition of discounted products that have visible defects on the moment of purchasing;
  • damage from loads exceeding established norms;
  • occurrence of defects due to violation of products operating rules and guidelines for care by the consumer;
  • damage to the product and its loss due to natural disasters (fire, flood, earthquake, accident and so on. p.);
  • presence of mechanical damage on the furniture which arose during the misuse, transportation, repair, conducted by a person who has no relation to the manufacturer;
  • damage inside the product by foreign objects, liquids, animals, insects, presence of scratches and stains on the surface resulting from careless attitude and improper care during the operation;
  • failure of mechanism due to hit by foreign objects;
  • damage caused by the natural depreciation, especially in intensive operation that can not be considered as a manufacturing defect;
  • purposeful or erroneous actions of the consumer, due to which the product is damaged;
  • the use of furniture not in accordance with the instructions for assembly and maintenance;
  • product damage as a result of amendments to construction by its user.

Please note that the product is not considered to be defective if its design requires changes under local or national standards that apply in countries for which the product was not originally designed and / or manufactured.

PASSPORT OF THE FABRIC

The appearance of furniture in most cases depends on the proper care of it.

Compliance with simple rules will enable keeping brightness and novelty of furniture fabrics permanently.

  • It is strictly not recommended to clean furniture fabric with a vacuum cleaner frequently, because with the dust there can be pile partially removed, and the tissue will be rapidly losing its original appearance.
  • Do not use brushes with hard bristles for cleaning.
  • Do not gather the spilled liquid with a hand.
  • Allow the furniture fabric to dry naturally after cleaning.

TO MAINTAIN THE FURNITURE IN GOOD CONDITION IT IS IMPORTANT TO FOLLOW THE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PROPHYLACTIC AND SPESIAL CARE.

To extend the life of your upholstery and keep it original appearance, we recommend you to follow these rules:

  • if possible, place the leather furniture at least 30 cm away from different heat sources. Prolonged staying there can cause drying of leather, losing its softness and subsequent cracking;
  • avoid placing the leather furniture at direct sunlight. All materials exposed to direct sunlight fade;
  • it is not recommended that pets touched upholstery furniture. With the claws they can damage the leather. Their saliva, as well as other physiological fluids, are very aggressive;
  • please, do not use chemical dyes and corrosive substances near the leather furniture. Keep furniture away from substances such as paints, solvents, varnish, bleach, glue and home cleaning products. If you have to use them near the sofa, please cover it. Do not use any substances containing oil or solvents as they may damage the surface of the sofa;
  • remove dust from the leather sofa, like from any other object in the house. Moisten a soft cloth and wipe the dust weekly. You can also use a soft brush supplied from the vacuum cleaner. Leather is the safest material if you suffer from allergies to dust. The matter is that dust particles do not penetrate the skin and can be completely removed;
  • clean leather furniture at least once every six months, thus removing pollution, moisture
    allocations, and physiological fatty deposits that have gradually accumulated.

The preventive care includes cleaning of the furniture fabrics with a vacuum cleaner or a soft brush and prompt removal of any substance that can cause stains once a month. Most of the furniture fabrics tolerates wet vacuum cleaner well.

Wet cleaning is not recommended for furniture fabrics, that include viscose, as the viscose fiber and all cellulosic fibers partially lose their properties when drying.

In addition to prophylactic care, special care is necessary with the use of a deep cleaning of furniture fabrics. Special cleaning should be carried out in strict accordance with the manufacturer’s or supplier’s rules of fabrics maintenance. The general rules for care of furniture fabrics should also be remembered:

  • Always read the instructions before using any means to care for furniture;
  • Do not use cleaning agents, which contain potent chemicals and solvent-based oil;
  • Do not use different means simultaneously;
  • Do not use bleach;
  • Before cleaning the stain it is necessary to check the detergent (solvent) on a separate sample of tissue attached to the furniture;

Difficult stains may be removed with widespread water-based means for cleaning:

  • to avoid damaging of the furniture fabrics it is necessary firstly to apply the mean on a sponge, and then put it on dirty surface, wait 2-3 minutes and remove it with light, circular motions from the outer edge to the center (to avoid dilutions on a fabric);
  • next, using a sponge, process a dirty place with a small amount of clean, warm (30°C) water and allow it to dry naturally before the use of furniture.

WARNING! IT IS EASIER TO REMOVE FRESH STAINS THAT HAVE DEEPLY PENETRATED INTO THE FABRICS STRUCTURE.

TO REMOVE SPECIFIC STAINS YOU SHOULD DO THE NEXT:

Coffee, tea:
Get wet the stain with white cloth that absorbs moisture, apply foam of neutral detergent, process with clean water, get dry.

Fruit juice:
Apply 1/5 mixture of ammonia (3%) and 4/5 vinegar (9%) on a spot, allow it to dry and then process it with a clean water and dry again;

White wine:
process the area of fabric with a solvent of 1/4 and 3/4 of pure ethanol, get dry, then wash the stain with a foam of neutral detergent, process it with clean water, dry;

Red wine:
immediately place a cloth on the wet place and then sprinkle it with a salt. When the salt will absorb the wine and the cloth will get dry, the stain must be cleaned with a soft brush. If necessary, wash the stain with a foam of neutral detergent, process it with clean water, dry;

Chewing gum:
it is necessary to «freeze» the area with chewing gum with ice cubes, placed in a plastic bag, and then gently remove the gum from the surface of fabric;

Chocolate:
after complete drying of the stain from chocolate, it is necessary wash it off with a foam of neutral detergent, process it with clean water, dry;

Lipstick, paste from ballpoint pen:
process the area of fabric with a solvent of 1/4 and 3/4 of pure ethanol, get dry, then wash the stain with a foam of neutral detergent, process it with clean water, dry.
